The food was delicious and the service was friendly and polite, but it took a long time until we were served or even received the menu - only on request. From the wish to pay to the payment itself it took a whopping 20 minutes ... When the waiters are working on time management and are always looking around the room or outside to see if other guests are ordering or the like. the place is highly recommended. Especially suitable for children due to the animals and playground

Once an old cowshed, the Erlengrund has long been an insider tip for cosiness and warmth. The Erlengrund is quite inconspicuous on the country road, but not only should anyone stopping by here, but a targeted visit is also worthwhile. If you find yourself here, you can expect very good German cuisine at reasonable prices, very nice, attentive and familiar staff, a nice dining room with a large roof structure and lots of fun for children. Especially the child-friendliness makes the Erlengrund worth a visit. There are goats, donkeys, rabbits, guinea pigs, seesaws, climbing opportunities, an outdoor bowling alley and toys for the little ones. When the weather is nice for lunch or coffee, this is always the right place. We would love to come back.

So TO ERLENGRUND just going to eat is really RECOMMENDED. It is cooked there with real love, a delight for the palate and eyes. We also thought about the little GEISTER (kids). I stop reporting, otherwise I won't get any more space to eat next time.
